This January, as in every year, federal, and state employees, school children, and many private sector employees will gladly take a paid vacation for “Martin Luther King Day.”
In many schools just before, impressionable children will be forced to study untruthful, (or half truthful) works on King, write essays, and have their grades depend on their ability to spit back the same vile lies which are force-fed to them.
Few attempts will be made by anyone, child, or adult, to uncover the facts on the life of king.  To make matters worse, a federal judge, kowtowing to Kings’ widow, Coretta Scott King, on January 31,1977, issued a court order sealing for fifty years, 845 pages of  FBI records on King.  Mrs. King argued that the release of these documents “would destroy MLK’s reputation.”

Fortunately, these documents were received before being sealed. Despite a seemingly-orchestrated effort by the established media, many of the facts have gotten out, and no thanks to the aforementioned, the people, or at least a few select, have found the truth.  By reading this article, you will be one of them.


Michael King was born on January 15, 1929.  In 1935, his preacher father decided to name himself after the great Protestant reformer, Martin Luther, and rename his son Martin Luther King Jr.  The elder King never bothered to have this act legalized in court.
On countless leads of seditious, and illegal behavior, ultra-liberal U.S. Attorney General, Robert Kennedy signed the order that allowed the FBI, under Director J. Edgar Hoover, to wiretap king’s rooms, on October 10, 1963.  Evidence was quickly obtained that proved that King was under the direct orders of Soviet spies, and financed by the Communist party, through laundered channels.  These wiretaps continued for five years, and also brought forth shocking revelations about Kings bizarre extramarital sexual practices.

Kings’ secretary, and advisor from 1956 to 1960 was a Negro named Bayard Rustin.  Rustin was a former organizer for the Young Communist League, and had spent 60 days in a California jail on a 1953 conviction for [reforming lewd homosexual acts in public, as well as 28 months in prison for draft evasion.  While Kings secretary, and advisor, Rustin attended the National Convention of the Communist Party (1957) as an “honored observer.”  Rustin introduced King to Soviet spy Stanley Levison, a New York Lawyer, and vice-president of the N.Y. Council of the American Jewish Congress.  Levison also laundered $1 million from Soviet Russia to the Communist Party U.S.A. (CPUSA).  Levison also provided key financial, organizational, and public relations services for King.  Mrs. King described Levison as “always working in the background.  His contribution has been indispensable.”  Levison funneled money to King through Isidore G. Needleman, a KGB secret police agent who fronted as an officer of AMTORG, a trading company.

It was Levison who advised King to support the student strikes against the Vietnam War, on December 30, 1966.  King obliged Levison, describing them as “like Nazis.”  King urged American boys to refuse service in the U.S. Armed Forces.

As part of this article, we also have in our archives,  a photo where you will see king at a Highlander Folk School on September 2, 1957.  The CPUSA operated this school at Monteagle, Tennessee.  Seated with King is Abner Berry of the Central Committee of the Communist Party.   Aubrey Williams a Communist Party agent, and President of the Southern Conference Education Fund (SCEF) which was the transmission belt of the Communist Party in the South, and Miles Horton of the Highlander Folk School.  The Highlander Folk School was financed by the Julius Rosenwald Fund.  At one time Rosenwald spent $22 million financing “civil rights” groups.   His daughter, Edith Stern, married to Alfred Stern (both of New Orleans) continued to give money to these groups.  Alfred Stern fled to Russia just before he was to be arrested on spy charges.                                                                                 (cont. pg 2)

Evidence was collected by the Louisiana Legislative Committee on Un-American Activities, including canceled checks from the SCEF to King, which further prove Kings communist connection.

Numerous Communist Party officials who left the party have reported that they were ordered to assist King.  Julia Brown, a black woman who was a communist in Cleveland for nine years said, “We were told to promote King, to unite Negroes, and whites behind, and to turn him into a sort of national hero.  We were to look to King as the leader in this struggle, the Communists said, because he was on our side.  While in the party I learned that King attended a communist training school, that several of his aides were communists, and that he received finds from Communists, and took directions from them.  He was one of their biggest heroes.”

The FBI wiretaps record Levison instructing King to begin “civil disobedience disturbances, and get yourself arrested as this will cause the liberal media to be sympathetic with our case!”  King wrote “The purpose of our direct action program is to create a crisis-packed situation.”  In 1961, King threatened violence if Congress did not pass a “civil rights” bill.  Said King, “If the civil rights  public accommodations bill does not pass, Negroes will have to engage in massive civil disobedience.”  In Chicago, riots broke out when King marched his mobs into an all-white neighborhood, after speaking before the West Side Club under a banner which read, “Burn Baby Burn.”  President John Kennedy urged King
(to no avail)  “You must take care not to lose your cause because Levison, and O’Dell are communists.  You must get rid of them.”

President Lyndon Jackson, after listening to FBI tapes which included King in sex orgies, commented “G-d damn it, if only you could hear what that hypocritical preacher does sexually!”  Kings aides used tax-exempt SCLC money to hire white prostitutes to perform sexual acts with him.

These shocking tapes were ordered sealed for fifty years, while the nation is forced to honor, and worship him.

The general misconception i that any statute passed by legislators bearing the appearance of law constitutes the law of the land.The U.S.Constitution is the supreme law of the land,and any statute, to be valid,MUST be in agreement.It is impossible for a law which violates the Constitution to be valid.This is succintly stated as follows:

"All laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void". Marbury vs. Madison, 5 US (2 Cranch) 137, 174, 176, (1803)

"Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them." Miranda vs. Arizona, 384 US 436 p. 491

"An unconstitutional act is not law;it confers no rights;it imposes no duties;affords no protection;it creates no office;it is ini legal contemplation;as inoperative as though it had never been passed." Norton vs. Shelby County 118 US 425 p.442

The general rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and name of law,is in reality NO law,but is wholly VOID,and ineffective for any purpose; since unconstitutionality dates from the time of its enactment, and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it.

Amer I Can-make a difference by doing something

1) Get involved with what is going on at all levels of our government

2) Realizing I am the government and that our politicians are working for us

3) I have an obligation not only to myself and family, but to my neighbors and country as well to be a good steward and get out to vote

4) Get involved in letter writing campaigns to the press as well as to our politicians, when they forget WE THE PEOPLE are the government and that those in office are working for us,not for the embetterment of corporate greed

5) The time HAS COME to take corporate off the welfare rolls

6) The time HAS COME to get back to the Constitution and what it stands for.

UNDER OUR CONSTITUTION IT IS WE THE PEOPLE WHO ARE SOVERIGN.THE PEOPLE HAVE THE FINAL SAY.
